Product Return Policy

Requesting Product Return Authorization: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Products returned without authorization will be returned to the sender. A Return Authorization Number may be requested by contacting us at Please be prepared to provide the relevant part number and invoice information when requesting return authorizations.

Incorrect Product: Advanced Devices will promptly provide Return Authorization Numbers for incorrect products. Your account will be credited when product returns are received and verified by our Distribution Center.

Failing Product: If you receive a product that does not meet the Manufacturer’s specifications please contact your local Advanced Devices Sales Office and provide as much detail as possible about the nature of the problem. You will be requested to work with representatives from Advanced Devices and the Manufacturer to confirm the problem. Upon joint verification that the product does not meet the specifications, the Manufacturer will authorize the return of the affected product and Advanced Devices will provide replacement or credit. Advanced Devices will also require the Manufacturer to provide appropriate Corrective Actions to prevent future component failures.

Shipping Damage: If you receive a damaged product with visible damage to external shipping containers, please report the damage to the carrier at the time of receipt. Please contact your local Advanced Devices Sales Office to provide details of the damage.

Return Requests due to Customer Error or Customer Convenience: Advanced Devices will consider return requests, at our sole discretion and without obligation, due to Customer Error or Customer Convenience. Products must have been shipped by Advanced Devices within the last 30 days and may be subject to a restocking charge.
